Translation
O my Lord, Shri Krishna, son of Vasudeva, O omnipresent Lord, I respectfully salute you. I meditate on Lord Krishna because He is the Supreme Truth and the original cause of all causes of creation, maintenance and destruction of the manifested universes. He is conscious of all manifestations, direct and indirect, and He is independent because there is no other cause beyond Him. He was the first to impart Vedic knowledge into the heart of the original soul Brahmaji. Even great sages and gods are thrown into confusion by him, just as one is confused by the illusory presentation of water appearing in fire or land appearing in water. Only because of Him the material universes that appear temporarily from the reactions of the three modes of nature appear to be factual, although they are unreal. Therefore I meditate upon Him, Lord Sri Krishna, who is eternally present in the transcendental abode, who is always free from the illusory productions of the material world. I meditate on Him because He is the ultimate truth.
